The hotel has really spacious and modern rooms that are very clean, but can be a bit noisy on the first floor. The service here is exceptional, especially thanks to the helpful and polite staff like Alessandro who went above and beyond to assist us. The location is convenient, being extremely close to Termini Train Station, but there is some unwanted activity around the area. The dining experience offers a good selection, just remember to ask for a Cappuccino instead of regular coffee. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a few minor drawbacks.
